Check the email you provided and obtain your login credentials. The topic says "You've been granted access to the Dissertation Accountability Group"
If you don't see it check your SPAM or bulk mail folders.
Once you have logged into the Dissertation Portal, you will see the Dissertation Writing Center which contains the chapter writing videos, and the Dissertation Accountability Group.
